About  ·  Our Clinic

Most chiropractors treat
where it hurts.
We start with how you move.

Dr. Daniel Cagape is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a certified personal trainer. Before any treatment begins, he looks at how your body actually moves — because where you feel pain is rarely where the problem started.

The Difference

Two credentials.
One person making every call.

At most places, the person who adjusts you and the person who gives you exercises are two different people with two different plans. Here they're the same person, in the same 45 minutes, watching how you squat and working out why your shoulder flares every time you press. That's not a marketing line. It changes what can happen in one visit.

One doctor, two disciplines
Dr. Cagape holds a chiropractic license and an NSCA personal trainer credential. The person adjusting your spine is also the one thinking about which muscle stopped working and how to get it back — at the same time, not in separate appointments.
A plan with an end on it
Every patient gets a full report of findings on the first visit: what's wrong, what's driving it, and how many visits it should take. You leave knowing the number. No open-ended treatment schedule.
What we don't do
We don't rush appointments, double-book, or adjust you and send you out the door without a conversation. We work outside insurance so your body, not a billing code, decides what happens in the room.
How We Find The Problem

We watch you move
before we touch you.

Where it hurts and where it started are rarely the same place. Low back pain often traces to the hip. Shoulder pain often traces to a stiff mid back. Knee pain often traces to a hip that isn't controlling the leg. So we look first.

1
Movement screen
We look at how you move across five basic patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. Restrictions and compensations show up here long before they turn into an injury.
2
Region-specific orthopedic exam
A real hands-on exam of the joint that's actually bothering you — shoulder, knee, hip, foot, elbow. This is the part most chiropractors skip, and it's why the exam is $180 rather than a quick intake.
3
Treatment and a plan, same day
Adjustment, soft tissue work and corrective exercise aimed at what the exam actually found, plus a report of findings in plain language and a visit number. You're treated on day one, not booked back for it.
How Care Works Here

Rebuild it,
then keep it.

Pain is usually the bill for strength and movement you quietly stopped using. So care here has two halves: rebuilding what you lost, and then not losing it again.

The front end
Foundational Movement Program

45-minute visits, about 6 to 8 of them. Every visit: a movement re-check, an adjustment, soft tissue work, and corrective exercise taught and performed in the room instead of emailed to you. Exercises are chosen from what your exam found, and they change as the findings change.

Six to eight is a timeline, not a package. Your nervous system relearns a muscle in the first month; the muscle itself changes around weeks five to eight. Weekly visits carry you through that window.

$150 a visit, or $110 as a member. Billed one visit at a time, no commitment.
The back end
The MMC Membership

$49 a month. It drops the price of every visit and service we offer, and it includes tracking in the Wiggl app: you log how you're moving, sleeping and feeling, Dr. Cagape reviews your logs, and if something looks off we check in.

The point is to catch the drift back while it's still a trend instead of a flare-up. Open to anyone — starting a program, already finished one, or just coming in for adjustments.

Two visits in a month covers the fee by itself. Cancel any time.
Just want to get adjusted? That's fine too. A standard office visit is about 15 minutes and $60, or $35 as a member. Good for flare-ups and maintenance.
Who We Help

You're in the right place if…

It keeps coming back
Adjusted, massaged, rested. It returns on a schedule you could predict.
You sit all day
Then you try to get fit and something gives within a few weeks.
PT ended too early
Cleared for activity isn't the same as ready to load.
Handouts don't work
You want to be taught the exercise, not emailed a PDF of it.
Why Cash-Pay

Insurance decides what
gets treated.
We don't let it.

When insurance is in the room, treatment gets shaped around billing codes instead of around you. Soft tissue work and coached corrective exercise don't reimburse well, so most insurance-based offices simply don't do them. We do. Flat rates, no claim denials, no surprise bills.

Transparent pricing
You know exactly what a visit costs before you come in. No EOBs, no balance billing, no "we'll see what insurance covers."
Your plan, not a payer's
Care is built around what your exam found. Soft tissue and coached exercise are on the table every visit.
HSA & FSA accepted
Everything here is HSA and FSA eligible. Landmark and United Healthcare accepted for standard office visits. Superbills on request.
