Welcome to Modern Movement Chiropractic โ Where Correction Comes First
At our clinic, we believe that true health is more than just feeling good โ it's about functioning at your best. Thatโs why we take a corrective approach to chiropractic care, not just a quick-fix, pain-relief model.
We like to classify individuals into one of two phases of care:
1. Relief Phase: This is where most people begin — in pain and looking for answers. During this phase, our goal is to help you feel better as quickly and safely as possible. But pain is just the surface. It’s often the last thing to show up and the first thing to go away, which means it’s not the full story.
2. Corrective Phase: This is where long-term change happens. Once you're out of pain, we focus on correcting the root causes — whether that’s poor movement patterns, joint restrictions, postural issues, or muscular imbalances. This phase takes time and consistency, but it’s where your body begins to rebuild a stronger, more resilient foundation.
We’re not here to patch things up temporarily. We’re here to partner with you in building a body that moves well, feels strong, and stays healthy. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic tightness, or simply wanting to stay ahead of future problems, we’re here to guide you through each phase with care, clarity, and clinical expertise.
What to Expect
Most patients spend about 2–3 weeks in the relief phase, depending on the severity of their condition. From there, the corrective phase can take anywhere from 8–16 weeks, depending on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds to care. For many of our patients — especially those who train hard, work demanding jobs, or simply want to age well — ongoing care becomes part of their long-term routine to maintain the progress they’ve made and stay ahead of wear and tear.

How we got Started
Dr. Daniel Cagape was born and raised in San Jose. After working for another office in South San Jose, he decided it was time to open up his own office. After finding the perfect spot in Milpitas, CA, he immediately got to work on creating a vibrant and modern office. A space for movement and exercise was mandatory, while also having space for private consultation and adjusting rooms.
Why we care
