How care is different
More than an adjustment.
We combine chiropractic treatment, a focused movement assessment, and exercise coached in the office. The goal is to help you feel better and get back to the activities that matter to you.

Hands-on treatment
Adjustments and soft-tissue treatment are used when they can help reduce pain and improve movement.
Find what’s limiting you
We examine the painful area and how the surrounding joints and muscles are working.
Build it back up
Your exercises are taught and corrected in the office, not handed to you on a printout.
Who we help
Care for people who want to stay active.
You do not need to be an athlete. You just need something you want your body to handle better.
The problem keeps returning
Rest or treatment helps temporarily, but the pain comes back when you return to normal activity.
You want to get back to activity
You are trying to return to lifting, running, golf, work, or everyday life with more confidence.
You want more than passive care
You want to understand the problem and participate in getting better, not depend on the same treatment every week.
Your first visit
Start with a clear answer.
Your first visit is a $180 initial examination. We’ll discuss what is bothering you, perform a focused orthopedic and movement assessment, explain what we find, and begin treatment when appropriate.
Book Your $180 Initial ExamNo referral required. HSA and FSA accepted. If this is not the right type of care for you, Dr. Cagape will explain that and help direct you to the appropriate next step.
Tell us what’s happening
We discuss your symptoms, previous treatment, daily activities, and what you want to return to.
See how your body is working
You receive a focused orthopedic examination and movement assessment based on the area that is bothering you.
Leave with a clear next step
We explain the findings in plain language, begin treatment when appropriate, and recommend a realistic plan.
What care actually looks like.
Dr. Daniel Cagape is both a California-licensed chiropractor and an NSCA-certified personal trainer.
The exercise gets taught
Position, tension, tempo, and progression are corrected in the office so you know what the exercise should feel like when you do it on your own.
Hands-on care supports the movement
Adjustments and soft-tissue treatment can be used before exercise when they help you move more comfortably and train through a better range.
Optional ongoing support
Support between visits.
The MMC Membership gives you a way to stay connected between appointments. You can log how you’re moving, sleeping, and feeling in the Wiggl app so Dr. Cagape can review the bigger picture instead of relying only on what you remember during the visit.
- Wiggl check-ins reviewed as part of your care
- Preferred member pricing
- Month to month with no long-term contract
$49 per month. Visits are not included. Cancel anytime.
