The MMC Membership  ·  $49 / month

Getting out of pain is the easy part.
Staying out of it is the part nobody helps with.

Almost everyone who finishes a program leaves feeling good. Then life resumes, the old habits come back, and about four months later the same thing shows up again. Not because the work didn't hold. Because nobody was watching while it slipped.

That's what $49 a month buys: cheaper care every time you come in, and someone actually paying attention in between.

01  —  What you get

Two things,
and that's the whole thing.

One
Everything costs less
Every visit, every service, every time. Not a first-visit discount, not a package you have to buy through. The member rate is simply what you pay from now on.
Two
Someone is reading it
You log how you're moving, sleeping and feeling in the Wiggl app. Dr. Cagape monitors those logs. If something looks off, we check in. You don't have to be the one who notices.
What members pay

02  —  The math

Run it yourself.
The number isn't close.

We'd rather you did the arithmetic than took our word for it. Here's what the membership does at three different levels of use.

If you're doing the program
Eight visits at the standard rate is $1,200. As a member it's two months of $49 plus eight visits at $110, which is $978.
You keep $222
If you come in twice a month
Two office visits standard is $120. As a member it's $70 plus the $49 fee, which is $119. The discount has already paid for the membership, and the monitoring costs you nothing.
Break-even, plus the monitoring free
If you're doing shockwave
A three-session course is $450 standard. As a member it's $330 plus one month's fee, which is $379.
You keep $71
The simple version: two visits in a month covers the fee by itself. Anything past that, and anything you'd have bought anyway, is money back in your pocket. That's also why joining on day one beats joining at the end.
03  —  Between visits

The problem isn't week 4.
It's week 20.

A program rebuilds what you lost. Holding it is a different job. The drift back is slow and quiet: you sit a bit more, you skip the exercises for a week, then two, the hip tightens by a degree you'd never notice. By the time it's obvious, it's a flare-up and you're back where you started.

Nobody catches that on their own. It's too gradual, and you're living inside it.

How it works
1
You log, briefly
How you're moving, how you're sleeping, how you're feeling. In the Wiggl app, on your phone, in under a minute.
2
Dr. Cagape reads it
Not an algorithm sending you a badge. Your actual chiropractor, looking at your actual logs, with your exam findings in mind.
3
If something looks off, we reach out
Sometimes that's a text with an exercise to get back on. Sometimes it's come in, let's look at it. Either way, it happens while the problem is still small.
This is preventative, not urgent care. It's built to catch a trend before it becomes a reason to call. If something is severe or getting worse quickly, call the office or your physician.
04  —  Honestly

Who this is for,
and who it isn't.

Join
You're starting the Foundational Movement Program. Join on day one and the program itself costs you less than the membership.
You finished a program and want it to hold this time.
You already come in once or twice a month for adjustments. You're paying more than a member right now.
You're doing a shockwave course, or you buy Thorne supplements here.
Don't bother
× You come in once or twice a year when something seizes up. The math doesn't work and we'll tell you so.
× You have no interest in logging anything. Half of what you're paying for goes unused.
× You're only here for the one-time exam and don't plan to come back.
We'd rather you skipped it than paid for something you don't use.

Quick Answers

Frequently asked

Are any visits included in the $49? +
No, and we're deliberate about that. Bundling visits into a monthly fee means you either waste visits you didn't need or feel pressured to come in to get your money's worth. The membership lowers the price of care you actually choose to have, and pays for the monitoring in between.
What if I don't come in for a few months? +
You still get the monitoring, which is arguably when it matters most. But if you're not using the clinic and not logging, cancel. You can rejoin later and nothing is held against you. We'd rather have you back in six months than quietly billing you for nothing.
How do I cancel? +
Tell us at a visit, text (408) 519-2269, or email the office. It stops at the end of your current billing month. There's no fee, no notice period, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Who sees my Wiggl logs? +
Dr. Cagape, as part of your care. Your logs are used to look after you and nothing else.
What if I forget to log? +
Nothing happens. You still get every member rate. Logging is what makes the monitoring half work, so the more consistent you are the more useful it is, but there's no penalty and no lecture.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for the membership? +
Visits and services are HSA and FSA eligible. Whether a monthly membership fee qualifies depends on your plan and your situation, so check with your administrator. We can provide documentation if your plan asks for it.
Will the price go up? +
If we ever change the rate, you'll get written notice before it takes effect and you can cancel rather than accept it. No quiet increases.
Also worth knowing

Insurance, HSA and FSA.

We're cash-pay
No insurance required. Flat prices you can see before you book. We accept Landmark and United Healthcare for standard office visits, and we don't accept HMO plans or Medi-Cal.
HSA and FSA accepted
For all services, including the Foundational Movement Program. Use your card at the front desk like any other payment.
Superbills on request
If you have a PPO and want to submit for out-of-network reimbursement yourself, ask and we'll give you the paperwork.

Cheaper every visit.
And someone paying attention.

$49 a month, cancel any time, nothing to sign. Join on the day of your exam and your first month is $29.
